Our state-of-the-art inspection laboratory is equipped with advanced testing and measurement systems to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, reliability, and performance. From raw material verification to final product inspection, every fastener undergoes stringent quality checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements and global standards.
Our comprehensive testing capabilities include dimensional inspection, tensile and hardness testing, metallurgical analysis, coating evaluation, corrosion resistance testing, and nondestructive testing, enabling us to consistently deliver products of exceptional quality and reliability.

Our facility offers a wide range of alkaline zinc plating finishes, with an in-line baking process to minimise the risk of hydrogen embrittlement and ensure reliable product performance. An additional electroplating line is currently under installation to further enhance production capacity.

Green Environment Management
Sustainability is at the heart of our operations. In 2012, Vidushi made a pioneering investment by transitioning its manufacturing facility from Liquid Diesel Oil (LDO) to Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), becoming the first private company in India to install an LNG storage facility for industrial use. This initiative has reduced our operating costs by nearly 10% while lowering carbon emissions, demonstrating our commitment to responsible and environmentally conscious manufacturing. To further our commitment to sustainable manufacturing, we harness solar energy to generate up to 300,000 units of clean electricity per month, reducing our carbon footprint and promoting environmentally responsible operations.
Beyond cleaner energy, we focus on responsible waste and resource management. To minimize our environmental impact, we have implemented a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, ensuring that no polluted water is released into the environment. Through continuous technological upgrades, efficient management of industrial residues such as slag, sludge, and waste, and an unwavering focus on safety, we strive to build a sustainable, profitable business while safeguarding the well-being of our employees, communities, and future generations.
