Mr. Anil Bagaria

Founder

The foundation of Vidushi Wires was built on the vision of its founder, Mr. Anil Bagaria, a metallurgist from IIT Kanpur and former professional at Mukand Iron & Steel. In 1989, he established the company as Archi Steel Wires Pvt. Ltd. from a 600 sq. m. facility, with a strong focus on quality, integrity, and engineering excellence.
Mr. Bagaria’s leadership during the company’s early years laid the groundwork for its culture of innovation and customer commitment. While his untimely demise in 1994 was a significant loss, his values and vision continue to serve as the guiding force behind the company’s journey and sustained growth.

Mr. Sunil Poddar

Founder / MD

A commerce graduate by qualification, he founded the company in 1995 with a vision to build a world-class manufacturing enterprise. Together with his brother, Mr. Gautam Poddar, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s transformation, from a single plant equipped for wire drawing to a diversified manufacturing organisation with capabilities spanning wire processing, annealing, profile wires, and fasteners.
Today, Mr. Poddar oversees the company’s financial and overall management, bringing together a strong focus on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability. His entrepreneurial vision, supported by decades of industry experience, continues to guide the company’s growth and its pursuit of excellence in manufacturing.

Mr. Gautam Poddar

MD

Mr. Gautam Poddar, Managing Director of Vidushi Wires Pvt. Ltd., is a commerce graduate with over 25 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. With a strong focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s infrastructure and aligning its capabilities with evolving market demands.
An accomplished leader in operations management, Mr. Poddar oversees the company’s day-to-day operations while actively driving its long-term strategic direction. Renowned for his approachable leadership style and exceptional people management skills, he has built a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. His ability to mentor, motivate, and bring out the best in every team member has been instrumental in developing a high-performing workforce and sustaining the company’s growth and success.

Mr. Vaibhav Poddar

Mr. Vaibhav Poddar has been actively involved in the company’s operations and new product development for over five years, contributing to process improvements and product innovation. Holding BBA in Supply Chain from the USA he currently oversees all verticals which include Wire processing, Cold Rolling and Cold Forging Division, where he focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving international growth, and strengthening the company’s capabilities in value-added manufacturing. He has also spearheaded key sustainability initiatives, including the implementation of a zero liquid discharge water treatment system and the adoption of renewal energy solutions across the plant, reinforcing the company’s commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing.

Mr. Vidhan Poddar

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) Mr. Vidhan Poddar oversees the company’s MIS Department and manages internal operations, including documentation, trade compliances and data management across functions, providing seamless information flow. Over the past two years, he has been actively involved in operations and new product development, contributing to process improvements and digital integration. He plays a key role in introducing new technologies within the organization, driving smoother workflows and supporting the company’s focus on sustainable and efficient manufacturing practices.
